when you have a potential client who is ready to pay your services, why not to hire people and delegate? maybe I get it wrong but for me the biggest inconvenient of freelance is that you have to be aware of « quite» months without any work thus without income. But since you are well referenced and client comes himself- it’s the time to scale your freelance to new level.
